Mentorship

Your experience can becomesomeone else's shortcut.

You don't need a title or a curriculum. You need a willingness to say, “I've been there — here's what I learned.”

Ways adults can support The Bridge

Young adults don't only need advice. They need access to people willing to say:

  • “I've been there.”
  • “Here's what I learned.”
  • “Here's a mistake I made.”
  • “Here's something I wish someone had taught me.”
  • “Let's figure out your next step.”

Help build the bridge

There are four practical ways adults can support The Bridge — and every one of them changes what's possible for a young adult in our program.

Become a Mentor

Provide encouragement, perspective, guidance, and accountability.

Lead a Workshop

Share practical professional or life experience.

Become a Resource Connector

Connect participants with employment, education, training, professionals, businesses, and community resources.

Volunteer

Support meetings, hospitality, administration, events, and participant activities.

Our bigger vision

Build the bridge.Cross the bridge.Help someone else cross.

The Bridge is ultimately about developing young adults who become:

  • 01

    Spiritually grounded

  • 02

    Personally responsible

  • 03

    Financially informed

  • 04

    Career ready

  • 05

    Relationally healthy

  • 06

    Community connected

  • 07

    Prepared to lead

Our long-term vision is for participants who complete The Bridge to eventually become mentors, leaders, and resources for young adults coming behind them.
